Gold Prices Fall Further in Pakistan and Global Market

Gold prices continued their downward trend in Pakistan on Monday, while prices in the international market also recorded another decline.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Association, the price of 24-karat gold fell by Rs2,400 per tola across the country, bringing the price down to Rs463,136 per tola.

The price of 10 grams of gold also decreased by Rs2,058, reaching Rs397,064. The continued decline in gold prices has drawn attention from buyers and investors monitoring movements in the local bullion market.

Silver prices also witnessed a decline in the domestic market. The price of silver fell by Rs39 per tola, settling at Rs7,059.

Meanwhile, gold prices in the international market also moved lower. The price of gold declined by $24 per ounce to reach $4,406 per ounce.

Changes in international gold prices have a direct impact on domestic bullion rates, with currency movements and global market trends also contributing to fluctuations in gold prices in Pakistan.
